Privacy Policy

Sauna Creator is a free sauna planning tool. We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum data needed to operate the service.

What we collect

When you use our sauna planner we may process the following categories of data:

• Account data — email address and hashed password, stored in Supabase Auth.
• Project data — sauna designs you save to your account.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page-view and interaction data (see below).

Analytics

We use two privacy-focused analytics services to understand how the tool is used:

• Microsoft Clarity — Session replays and heatmaps. No personal data is collected. Microsoft processes data under their privacy terms.
• Simple Analytics — Cookie-free, privacy-first page-view analytics. No personal data is stored.

Cookies

Sauna Creator uses only essential cookies required for authentication (Supabase session token). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Authentication

Account authentication is provided by Supabase. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. You can delete your account data at any time through the application settings.

Third-party services

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and storage (EU region).
• Microsoft Clarity — Anonymous session replays and heatmaps.
• Simple Analytics — Cookie-free analytics, GDPR-compliant by design.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your project data as PDF, and request full account deletion through the app or by contacting us.
